PLEASE READ THE RULES AND BE SURE TO RESPECT THEM. THANK YOU!

OPENING HOURS: from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

1. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for Ca' de Memi guests only.

2. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Management reserves the right to vary the opening hours for safety reasons or related to other events.

3. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water.

4. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to dive, run or jump along the edges of the swimming pool and along the steps.

5. People under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.

6. Children should only use appropriate swimming nappies.

7. Dogs, cats and other domestic animals are not allowed in the pool area and in the water, except for certified assistance dogs.

8. Balls, toys and personal mats are not allowed. Loud personal music, whether from phones or personal speakers, is not allowed.

9. It is not permitted to use private towels and linens, other than those provided by Ca' de Memi. It is possible to request an extra towel, at a cost of 5,00 Euros per towel.

10. To leave the pool area it is necessary to get dressed: for reasons of decorum it is not allowed to leave the pool area and move around in the other common areas in a bathing suit or towel. Furthermore, full nudity and toplessness are not permitted.

11. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the entire pool area.

12. It is not possible to bring your own food and drinks, especially drinks in glasses or glass bottles. It is forbidden to eat in the water.
    We recommend to order from our in-house bar, which will supply food, drinks, and appropriate tableware. There is a bar & snacks menu from which you can choose. Bar service is available from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Hours may vary due to management needs.

13. It is forbidden to bring objects made of glass or other fragile materials into the pool area which could break and cause damage to oneself and to third parties.

14. It is mandatory to always walk in flip flops.

15. In the water it is mandatory to always keep long hair tied up.

16. It is not possible to use soaps and hair products in the swimming pool and in the outdoor shower.

17. We kindly ask you to respect the garden, not cause damage to plants and trees. We also remind you that it is not possible to pick fruits or vegetables.

18. Please do not feed the animals.

19. If the sunbeds or deck chairs are moved, we recommend that you return them to their place.

20. If you are staying at Ca' de Memi, you can take your pool towel back to your room to dry and reuse it the next day, avoiding unnecessary washing and promoting sustainable practices. Towels will be changed every 3 days and are included in the room rate.

    If you are a day guest, we ask you to place your wet towel in the designated basket in the changing room area before the end of the day.

    In both cases, you can request an extra towel in addition to the one provided, at a cost of 5,00 Euros per towel.
    
    Ca’ de Memi reserves the right to intervene in case of non-compliance, and to charge additional fees for unexpected cleaning or, more generally, to request compensation—including financial—for any damages caused.

    Everyone is here to relax and enjoy the pool: let’s behave with respect and kindness, avoiding loud noises or shouting.
